Founder, CEO

Solcasa is a family-owned business founded by Genaro Solis.

Our CEO held a series of tradesman, operational and financial leadership roles since joining the design and construction industry in 2009. As a third-generation upholstery tradesman, Genaro began building luxury furniture alongside his Father for renowned interior designers including Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Kelly Wearstler, and Waldo Fernandez. He since pondered details of the craft and sought after building large structures with such intricacy. 

Matriculating in the study of Management; Master of Science (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics), Genaro held apprenticeship at some of the nation's top building firms including KPRS Construction Services, Clune Construction, Build For You, El Portico Landscaping, Top Value Construction, Shawmut Design Construction, Bergman KPRS, and Dome Construction.

Today, Mr. Solis collaborates with cross-functional teams to lead commercial improvement projects for esteemed clients including The Home Depot, T-Mobile, Spago, Wolfgang Puck, Rivian Automotive, 99 Ranch Markets, America's Tire, The UCI Center for Advanced Care, CHOC Hospitals, Cedar Sinai, Kaiser Permanente, The Lucas Museum, The Intuit Dome, and Amazon.

SOLCASA QUALITY GUARANTEE

Guarantee of Workmanship:

A promise made by Solcasa to the client that we will perform in a professional and skillful manner, and the finished product will meet the agreed-upon standards of quality and workmanship. 

In California, licensed contractors are required by law to provide a warranty or guarantee of workmanship for all projects they undertake. This guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur within a specified period of time after the completion of the project.

Guarantee of Materials:

A promise made by Solcasa to the client that the materials used in the construction or renovation project will be of a specified quality and will be free from defects for a certain period of time. 

Under California law, licensed contractors are required to provide a warranty or guarantee of materials for all projects they undertake. This guarantee covers defects in the materials used in the construction or renovation project that occur within a specified period of time after the completion of the project.

Guarantee of Performance: 

A promise made by Solcasa to the client that the project will meet certain performance standards, such as energy efficiency or structural integrity. 

Under California law, licensed contractors are required to provide a warranty or guarantee of performance for all projects they undertake. This guarantee typically covers any defects in the project that arise due to design or construction issues that affect the overall performance of the project, such as inadequate insulation or faulty wiring.
