Preconstruction Design

Collaboratively, we perform our due diligence to define design, dimensions, material parameters, assess per-code feasibility, draft a detailed scope of work, and draw blueprints / renderings. Cost control, value planning, and engineering analysis tools create an accurate budget. 

2.
Design + Build Estimate

Upon owner approved plans, we finalize labor, materials, and finishes costs at current market pricing to provide a detailed construction estimate. Upon contract execution, plans are submitted to the City for approval and Permits are submitted.

On-Site Consultations

In a collaborative environment, we develop a plan for project success by merging insights and expertise across a database of projects and technology. Materials are procured to meet the schedule. Superintendents provide weekly reports to ensure progress matches payment. 

4.
The Finishing 
Touches

Construction is near completion with installation of finishes including doors and windows, hardware, tile and flooring, countertops, paint, lighting, etc. Upon completion of a "final punch-list" and passing City final inspections, a certificate of occupancy is finalized.
